HUMANE SOCIETY AGENT TRAININGThe Ohio Animal Welfare Federation offers Humane Society Agent training three times per year in compliance with OAC 109:2-15-02 using curriculum approved by the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission. It is intended only for persons who have been approved by a county humane society to become a Humane Society Agent, other law enforcement, or others who are associated with a law enforcement agency and have a legitimate need for this information to promote animal welfare. HELP WITH CONFERENCE FEESIn an effort to support our members with their continuing education needs, Ohio Fed is offering to cover up to $250 of the registration fee to a (non-Ohio Fed) conference of your choice. Use this form to tell us about the conference you want to attend, and how attending will help you help animals in Ohio. We will select ONE person to support PER conference, until our scholarship budget is depleted for the year.
