Giving feedback shouldn’t feel awkward, but for many managers, it does. Whether it’s delivering tough messages or offering praise that actually lands, feedback is one of the most powerful (and underused) tools for driving performance and engagement. 

In Part 2 of our Foundations of Effective Leadership Webinar Series, Giving and Receiving Feedback, we’ll reframe feedback from something uncomfortable into something you can use with confidence. You’ll learn how to approach feedback with the right mindset, deliver it in a way that sticks, and seek it intentionally . . . turning it into practical steps for growth, not friction.
