Avoiding Theft in Your Nonprofit
Speaker: Beth Short, Ohio Attorney General's Charitable Law Section
November 9, 2022
12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Zoom
Nonprofit animal welfare organizations work hard raising resources to support their programs and services and can’t afford to have funds slip away. The needs are great and the resources are limited. Unless the group’s board has spent time analyzing its fiscal operations and developed policies and procedures to protect its assets, the group’s programs and long-term viability can be at risk. This webinar will address financial activities, internal controls, separation of duties and other measures that you can take to protect your organization so it can continue honoring its mission.
