Our annual meeting originally scheduled for March 10 was postponed due to concerns over the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The Ohio Fed board has decided to hold the meeting on Wednesday, May 6 by WEBINAR. We regret not getting together in person this year.

• Legislative Update
• Election of Board of Directors
• The Board of Directors will meet immediately following the annual meeting to elect new officers and conduct usual business

All current members are invited to participate. Voting member organizations are each allowed one vote through their Member Representative, who must be on file with Ohio Fed prior to the meeting. Guests are welcome!
