The Board of Directors of the Ohio Animal Welfare Federation and invited friends will be meeting virtually with Ohio legislators to share our perspective on several bills currently moving through the Statehouse. We will also discuss the role of humane societies and their humane agents in the investigation of animal cruelty and neglect and how these responsibilities differ from, yet intersect with, those of county and municipal animal control.
