Intake & Outcome Records*: the value of good record keeping; what to track and how to measure; collecting, recording & storing data; and software systems

10:30 – 10:45 a.m.

Break

Vaccine Protocols*: vaccines: core vs non-core and what is recommended for shelters; vaccine boosters: intervals specific to shelters; vaccination on intake: a must for all shelters; and proper handling and administration for vaccines.
